Dr. Patrick C. Ryan, M.D., FACS
Dr. Ryan trained at the Medical University of South Carolina, Carilion Health Care System in Virginia and the University of Kansas. and is a board-certified Vascular and General Surgeon.
Dr. Ryan moved to Nashville in 2004 with his wife Susan and their twin daughters. His professional interests include quality and outcomes measurement in vascular surgery, lifestyle improvement strategies for patients and advanced limb salvage endovascular and open surgery. Dr. Ryan has been named to several national quality committees for the Society for Vascular Surgery and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services. He was named a “Healthcare Hero” by the Nashville Business Journal in the category of quality. In his spare time, Dr. Ryan enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, boating and spending time with family.
Blair Anthony, N.P.
Blair is a proud Middle Tennessee native with a deep-rooted passion for healthcare and community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in 2011 and has since gained diverse experience in emergency medicine, hospice care, cardiology, and interventional radiology. In 2024, Blair advanced her career by earning a Master’s degree from Chamberlain University and becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She brings to the practice not only a broad clinical background but also a genuine love for people and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of work, Blair cherishes time with her husband and their three boys, enjoying family outings and creating lasting memories together.
Renea Taylor
Clinic Director
Renea joined our practice in December 2020. She brings with her over thirty years experience in the medical field. With the last twenty years being spent in medical management. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and learning about photography. Renea lives in Pegram, TN with her husband Brian, her son Will and their two dogs Tank and Maggie Sue.
Lynne Feathers
Interventional Suite Director
Lynne has over 22 years’ experience in the operating room and has been working with Dr. Ryan for over 10 years. Lynne oversees and operates NVAVI’s Interventional suite. She resides in the middle Tennessee area with her husband and two children. When not at work, Lynne enjoys coaching her children in their different sports.
Jodi Sims
Registered Vascular Sonographer
Jodi began her ultrasound career over 10 years ago. She relocated to Nashville in 2018 and has continued to broaden her skillset to deliver the highest quality of service possible to her patients. In her time away from work, she has many passions that bring joy to her: spending time with her 2 adult children, training Krav Maga and teaching youth courses, living the equestrian life style with her two horses Cherokee and Little Bit, and enjoying life on her farm with her partner and their dogs.
Emily Rivero
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
Emily is an ultrasound technologist from Cookeville, TN, where she worked for four years at CRMC. She has been with NVAVI since October 2024. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and the joys of her life Moogie and Bunny.
Chelsea Talley
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
With over nineteen years in the healthcare industry, Chelsea offers a unique perspective that bridges corporate strategy and direct patient care. Her diverse background is supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. A Nashville native, Chelsea enjoys exploring her hometown’s hidden gems with her husband, Brandon, and their young daughter, Elora.
Tonya Turner
Medical Assistant
Tonya received her medical assistant training at Remington College and has been working for Dr. Ryan for over 10 years. Interacting with patients is her favorite part of working in Dr. Ryan’s practice. She puts patients at ease with her sense of humor and contagious laugh. Tonya also has over 20 years experience as a safety supervisor and lab technician at a manufacturing facility. Tonya enjoys spending her free time with her husband David and their two children, Clayton and Steely.
Britney Horton
Medical Assistant
Britney recently moved to Tennessee from California, she graduated from Carrington College in Sacramento, CA. She has over 13 years experience working in family practice and Folsom Prison as an MA. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. Her hobbies include cooking and baking.
Gianna Mannello
Receptionist
Gianna moved to Nashville from Long Island, NY, and has worked as a receptionist for 7 + years. She really likes getting to know her patients and getting involved. Gianna loves to spend her time shopping, reading a book or spending time with her husband Dennis and puppy Daisy.
Alaina Rolin
Receptionist
Alaina moved to Nashville from Alabama in 2024. She has worked on and off in the medical field as an MA, lab tech and receptionist since 2020. She resides in Nashville as a singer/songwriter, but her days are spent here at NVAVI as a receptionist.
